Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the activity will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation by Activity Manali:
In the rare event that Activity Manali needs to cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, safety concerns, or other operational reasons, customers will receive a full refund.
Activity Manali reserves the right to cancel or modify activities based on safety considerations or other factors beyond our control.
3. No-shows:
Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled activity without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
