Arrive at the activity location, and meet with your instructor who will instruct you about the activity.

Pilot checks wind direction there and decides on the launch point

Gear up for paragliding, harness, helmet and connect glider with carabineer and wait for suitable wind

  How to Reach

The activity starts at Solang Valley which is 13 km from Manali city towards Manali-Leh road,  you can use public transport to come here or take private transport.

Advisory:

• Paragliding not recommended for  women who are pregnant
• Minimum age 14 years
• Weight limit is a major concern in paragliding activity- 25kg to 90 kg
• The person has undergone major surgery of heart or other not recommended for gliding
• The person suffering from anxiety issues, height phobia not suggested doing paragliding
• Consumption of alcohol and restricted drugs strictly prohibited before paragliding
• Do not carry any item with you during paragliding
